Restaurant Managers

Mr. Viggiano has been a teacher of history at Lindenhurst Sr. High School for the past eleven years and also coaches woman’s lacrosse.

During the winter “Ralph” does private catering and also sells real estate. Prior to teaching he ran a combination seafood store and restaurant. For the past six years he has served as manager of our Surf Club food service and catering operation.
